Introduction
These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sarilinkmart and vendors or suppliers who sell products through the Sarilinkmart platform.
By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.
Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor on Sarilinkmart, you must:
- provide accurate business information
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
- ensure that the products sold are legal and safe for consumption
Sarilinkmart reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications.
Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product listings include:
- accurate product names
- correct pricing
- product descriptions
- clear images
Vendors must ensure that all listed products are available and in stock.
Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for:
- preparing orders promptly
- ensuring product quality
- coordinating with the delivery system if required
Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
Pricing
Vendors may set their own product prices. However, Sarilinkmart may monitor pricing to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Commission Fees
Sarilinkmart may charge a commission on each completed sale.

Sarilinkmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that:
- violate platform rules
- sell prohibited items
- fail to fulfill orders
Updates to Vendor Terms
Sarilinkmart may update these vendor terms from time to time. Vendors are responsible for reviewing updates.
